RDA settings include:
1. Data Sources
Data Source is a connection set up to a DB in which the managed tables are located.
In the Data Sources grid you can add a new Data Source or manage existing Data Sources. Please check related detailed manual: RDA, Data Sources
2. Projects
A Project is an entity that can contain FWs, Menu Items, DDs and Scripts.
In the Projects grid you can add a new Project or manage existing Projects. Please check related detailed manual: RDA, Projects
3. Roles
A Role is a permission group that can include Users and Groups. A Role can be assigned to one or several Projects. Each Project is visible to the Roles that are assigned to it. RDA Designers permissions include assigning the Roles to the Project. Please check related detailed manual: RDA, Roles
4. Deployments
When working with quilliup it is important to have at least 2 working environments: Development (DEV) and Production (PROD). This way users can implement tests on the DEV environment without touching the PROD environment.
After testing has been finished, users can deploy all needed objects from DEV to PROD.
