In RDAD module, in the left side menu, under Settings section choose Projects:
In the Projects grid, all the available Projects are shown. You can add a new Project, or edit/delete an existing one:
Deploy - create a Deploy package that can be Imported to another environment. Assign a name to the Deploy package and choose available "Environment" from the list.
You can also switch on "Choose Objects To Deploy" in order to manually choose which related objects should/shouldn't be Deployed. If you keep it unmarked - all related items will be Deployed automatically:
Deleted Objects - if marked => on import these objects will be deleted (by id) in Import's environment (if exist).
Deploy all - create a Deploy package that can be Imported to another environment. Assign a name to the Deploy package and choose available "Environment" from the list. All related items will be Deployed automatically:
Search field - search by Project name from the grid:
New Project
In order to create a new project click "Add Project" button and fill in all the required fields:
Name - choose a name for the Project.
Description - a short Project description.
Data Sources - Data Sources that are relevant to the Project must be chosen. Only assigned Data Sources will be available as forming sources under the Project's items. Administrators can also restrict the access for specific Users to specific Data Sources, even if they were assigned to the Project.

Roles - assigning Roles to a Project restricts the Users that can access the Project's items (unassigned Projects are not displayed in the navigation menu bar). At least one Role must be assigned to the Project so it can be accessed.

Clicking the lock symbol will allow to assign or remove Roles from the Project:
Clicking the Data Source symbol in the Project's grid will allow to assign/remove Data Source(s) from a specific Project:
