Abbreviations, used in manual:
FW- Form Wizard
RDAE- Reference Data Admin Editor
This step is in charge of the presentation of UI elements, namely, you will be able to control which columns you want to display in step 4/RDAE, from the table you defined in step 1.
Columns:
Here are the columns of the table defined in Step 1.
Visible - if choosing a column to be invisible (by clicking the "v" sign) => it won't appear in the FW itself (Step 4/RDA Editor).
Presentation Query (Edit Settings):
A simply select-all query of the table defined in Step 1.
The query is for presentation only, it's possible to use an SQL query that contains additional tables (Join, Union,...), but you won't be able to edit columns that don't exist in the table defined in Step 1.

When selecting a column (by clicking its Name), the right-side menu will appear:
Global:
Each field supports a different option:
Searchable- a column can be searched in the global search (in Step 4/RDAE).
Hide from Grid- the editor cannot see this column in Step 4/RDAE.
Hide from Excel- the editor cannot see this column when exporting the FW to Excel.
Color on expert- the editor can change the color of the column when he exports the FW to Excel.
Display name- the editor can change the display name of the column in Step 4/RDAE.
Columns Settings:
Inline edit- the editor can edit a specific field in the column.
For example: if inline edit is turned on for a column that it's data type is Boolean, than the Boolean toggle in step 4 will be colored and available to edit.

Sortable- the editor can sort this column.
Sort Grid by- the editor can sort this column by DESC.
Format- For columns of type 'Number' or 'Decimal', the editor can select a format ('Number', 'Percent', or 'Currency') and specify the number of decimal places ('Fraction Size').
Trim after- the editor can trim after a number of characteristics that he defined.
Disable Autocomplete - the editor will not be using the browser autocomplete
Advanced Column Settings:
Width- the user can define the width of the column by pixels or by a number of characters.
Text align- the user can define if the column will be written in the center, on the left, or on the right.
Column Type- you have 4 different options:
Default- default presentation of the column.
Custom HTML- the user can choose the column to be an adjusted value in HTML.

Navigate- used when you want to navigate to an URL address by clicking a value from the column's grid.
- Caption- the editor can change the cation value in the column.
- Target URL- the target URL link.
- Open method- the URL will open in the same tab\ new tab.
Script Navigation- used when using activating scripts.
